• 9 tablespoons salted butter

  • 1 cup Birch Xylitol Sweetener (previously Xyla)

  • 11 tablespoons cocoa powder

  • 2 eggs

  • 3/4 cup almond flour


Melt butter, sweetener, and cocoa powder in the microwave 30 seconds at a time, stirring until ingredients are melted/well-combined. Add room temperature eggs and the almond flour. Mix well until all ingredients are combined. Bake in a 9×9 or 8×8 pan at 350 degrees for 19-22 minutes. Put a toothpick in the brownies and if it comes out almost clean, they are done.
