Ingredients:

  • 2 medium eggs

  • 14g shredded cheddar cheese

  • 2 slices bacon, cooked

  • 1 sausage patty, cooked (I use Walmart Great Value Turkey Sausage)

  • Slice cheese

Directions:

  1. Heat waffle maker.

  2. In a bowl, lightly whisk eggs until just combined. Do not over mix.

  3. Once hot, put a little bit of shredded cheese on bottom of waffle maker.

  4. Pour some of the egg on top of the cheese. Be careful not to pour too much. A little goes a long way.

  5. Top egg with a little more shredded cheese (the shredded cheese helps to make the top and bottom crispy!)

  6. Cook until both sides are brown and crispy.

  7. Assemble sandwich and enjoy!

I use the DASH mini waffle maker. It’s amazing and less than $10  2 medium eggs usually gets me 3 Chaffles. I use two for the sandwich and eat one by itself. Pro tip: Drizzle a little sugar free syrup on top and tastes just like an eggs.
