For the crust

1 lb of ground chicken
1 egg
1/2 cup mozzarella cheese
1 tsp Italian seasonings
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper

Mix until well combined. Line a 13 inch cast iron skillet with parchment paper and using the back of the spoon spread out mixture until it’s 1/4 inch thick. Cook at 400 degrees for 25 minutes

While cooking sauté 1 stalk of celery finely diced with 1 tbs of butter. Set aside

Mix 1 tbs of sour cream with 2 tbs of franks red hot

Once cooking is done. Spread franks mixture on like sauce, top with the diced cooked celery and add 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese and 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese on top. Broil for 5 minutes. Keep a close eye.

Finish with remaining sour cream red hot mixture and scallions.
