I love fathead as much as the next gal, but it sometimes just feels too heavy. I’ve also found that too much almond flour causes weight loss stalls for me. This is a much faster, even easier alternative- with VERY LOW carbs.

Mix 1 cup shredded mozzarella, 1/4 cup Parmesan, one egg, and a tsp. Garlic powder (or whatever seasoning you like). Spread mixture on parchment paper and bake for 15 minutes at 350.

I added pepperoni and dipped it in a low carb marinara and it was super yummy!

I make almost the same recipe.for my pizza crust but I add some ground chicken breast.

16oz Ground Chicken

1 Egg

1/2 Cup Shredded Mozzarella

1/4 Cup Parmesan

1/2 TBSP Italian Seasoning

Salt

Black pepper

Bake 400° on parchment for 25 min flip and add toppings
