Easy Cheesy QUICK KETO PIZZA Chaffles !!

With this recipe, you enjoy the traditional flavors of a classic pizza without the carbs!

INGREDIENTS :-

Chaffle Crust
1 egg
1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
1/2 tsp Italian Herb blend
pinch garlic powder
Pizza Toppings
2 tbsp tomato sauce
1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
6 pepperoni (optional)

 INSTRUCTIONS :-

 Preheat the waffle maker according to manufacturer instructions. Preheat the oven to 400.
In a small mixing bowl, mix together egg, cheddar cheese, garlic, and herbs. Stir until well combined.
If using a mini waffle maker, pour one half of the waffle batter into the waffle maker. (Use all of the batter for a large Belgian waffle maker.)
Cook for 3-4 minutes or until golden brown. Repeat with the second half of the batter.
Top the chaffle crusts with tomato sauce, cheese, and pepperoni. Place on a small baking sheet and bake in the oven until cheese is melted, about 5 minutes.

 NOTES :-

If you are using a larger size waffle maker, you may be able to cook the whole amount of batter in one waffle. This will vary with the size of your machine.
