I do not have macros for this. I do a dirty keto due to food sensitivities rather than weight loss or gain. I don’t eat dairy = no parm cheese in this.

Also, every time I post here, everyone jumps in about how they make this same thing but better with the addition of this ingredient or that ingredient. Go ahead and change it as you like, here’s how I made it:


  1. 1.5lb ground beef
  2. 1 egg beaten
  3. 1/2 C crushed pork rinds
  4. 1/2 onion, chopped
  5. 1/4C parsley
  6. 1 T Italian seasoning
  7. 1 t salt
  8. 1 t pepper
  9. 1/4 t red pepper flakes

Combine all ingredients by hand, and form into balls about 1/8c size. Bake on foil lined sheet at 375 til 165 degrees, about 20 min.
