Keto Mississippi Mud Bar

The sugar-free, keto Mississippi mud bar is a ketogenic incarnation of the classic Mississippimud bar recipe. It is one of the tastiest ketogenic desserts that you can have at any time of the day or night.

Ingredients required
Total Servings – 16
Prep Time – 40 to 45 minutes
Cooking Time – 25 minutes
Brownie:
1 3 large eggs (lightly beaten)
2 1 cup almond flour
3 1 stick unsalted butter
4 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
5 1/2 cup swerve brown
6 1/2 teaspoon pink salt
7 1/4 cup Lakanto Monkfruit sweetener
8 1/4 cup organic cacao powder

Chocolate Layer:
1 5 drops caramel crème brûlée background flavor [Optional]
2 5 drops liquid stevia [Optional]
3 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips
4 1/4 cup heavy whipping cream
5 1/8 teaspoon pink salt
Marshmallow Layer:
1 1 batch keto marshmallow crème fluff recipe

How to Prepare
1 – Preheat the oven to 350 0 F
2 – Take an 8×8-inch brownie pan and line it with parchment paper. Also, treat it with some non-stick spray
3 – Take a saucepan and add butter and the two sweeteners in it. Bring to a boil and mix thoroughly
4 – Now, add cacao and salt to the mixture and blend it carefully
5 – Add eggs and vanilla to the mixture and again mix thoroughly
6 – Next, add almond flour to the mixture and blend thoroughly
7 – Bake for about 25 minutes and then aside for about 10 minutes
8 – Evenly spread the keto Marshmallow Crème Fluff over the mud bar and then place it in the refrigerator
9 – Pour the heavy whipping cream in a saucepan and heat it until hot. Pour it over the chocolate chips and blend until it is melted and you get a smooth melted chocolate mixture
10 – Spread the melted chocolate upon the marshmallow layer and return the mud bar to the refrigerator and allow it to set
11 – Now, take out the mud bar and cut it into 16 equally-sized squares and refrigerate them
12 – Serve and enjoy!
