I threw this together and I do dirty keto = I have no macros. Also this is dairy free due to my food sensitivities, so it’s paleo as well.


2 cups shredded chicken (rotisserie, homemade, whatever)

2 cups broccoli (frozen or thawed. If frozen, just bake longer)

6 pieces bacon, chopped

2 C homemade ranch (homemade mayo + coconut milk + garlic + dill + parsley. Homemade mayo = eggs + oil + Dijon mustard. Yes, I enjoy cooking from scratch and using as few ingredients as possible.)

I threw in a handful of peas, peas are 20g carbs per 1 C

1 bag crushed pork rinds

Bake on 375 for 20 min (longer if using frozen veg). Broil for 2 min.
