THE BEST KETO LOW CARB CHOCOLATE LASAGNA !!

Low carb chocolate lasagna, sex in a pan, lush or whatever you may call it, this low carb/ keto dessert recipes is heaven. Cold, creamy, decadent and smooth layers.

INGREDIENTS :-

BROWNIE
3 eggs, room temperature
1/2 cup butter, melted
1/2 cup golden sweetener (brown sugar alternativThis gives a rich flavor, SAVE with Code MELISSA20
1/4 cup granulated sweetener
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
3/4 cup cocoa powder
1 1/2 cups almond flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt

MINT

3/4 cup almond milk
3 tbsp powdered sweetener
2 blocks cream cheese, softened
2 tsp mint extract
20 Sugar Free Andes Mints, chopped
CHOCOLATE
2 boxes Sugar Free Chocolate Pudding, prepared
WHIPPED CREAM
1 1/2 cup heavy cream , cold
3 tbsp powdered sweetener
1/2 tsp mint or vanilla extract

INSTRUCTIONS :-

BROWNIE
Using a mixer (hand or stand), cream butter and sweeteners.
Pour eggs in one at a time and whip until fluffy. Add vanilla. Mix.
Add all dry ingredients and mix until well combined.
Spread into a thin layer in a 13×9 buttered dish.
Bake 20-30 min or until set (toothpick inserted in center comes out clean)
Let cool completely.
MINT
whip softened cream cheese with sweetener, add extract, slowly pour milk while mixing until well combined and spreadable. Fold in andes. Spread on cooled brownie.
CHOCOLATE
spread prepared chocolate pudding onto the mint layer.
WHIPPED CREAM
using a very cold bowl and beater, whip cream, sweetener and extract until stiff. Spread onto chocolate layer.
