The hot bowl of FRENCH ONION SOUP !!

What says comfort more than a delicious, piping hot bowl of FRENCH ONION SOUP

INGREDIENTS:

2 large onions, thinly sliced
2 tbsp of butter
16 oz Beef broth
Splash of soy sauce
Salt & pepper
Lemon & Garlic Seasoning
Slices of provolone cheese

INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Set your oven on BROIL.
2. On medium heat, add your butter into a large pot. Let it melt and then add your sliced onions and seasonings.
3. Cook the onions until tender – about 6-8 minutes and then add your beef broth, splash of soy sauce (about a tbsp), and stir.
4. Let it cook to a simmer and then cover it for 10 minutes.??
5. Once done, scoop your soup into little ramekins (the dishes I used) and top them with 2 slices of provolone cheese. Throw it in the oven until cheese is melted, bubbly and has a nice crust on it & you’re done!
