The Keto Mocha Ice Cream !! Yumm 

The Preparation :-

1 cup Coconut Milk (from the carton)
1/4 cup Heavy Cream
2 tbsp. Erythritol
15 drops Liquid Stevia
2 tbsp. Cocoa Powder
1 tbsp. Instant Coffee
1/4 tsp. Xanthan Gum

The Execution :-

Add all ingredients except for xanthan gum into a container, then blend with an immersion blender.
Slowly add in xanthan gum while blending until a slightly thicker mixture is formed.
Add to your ice cream machine and follow manufacturers instructions.



This makes a total of 2 servings of Keto Mocha Ice Cream. Per serving, it comes out to be 175 Calories, 14.98g Fats, 6.62g Net Carbs, and 2.59g Protein.
