THE Low Carb Pizza Crisps:-

Pizza is definitely not on the low carb diet. But these Pizza Crisps will satisfy your pizza cravings and make it easier to go without.

I’m all in on this low carb diet. And my low carb pizza crisps recipe makes it a little easier to go without pizza.

They’re really easy to make too and can be ready in under 10 minutes.


8 tbsp Mozzarella Cheese shredded
6 tsp Parmesan Cheese grated
1 tsp Garlic Powder
1 tsp Oregano
4 slices Pepperoni


Pre-heat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit
Cover cookie sheet with parchment paper
Split mozzarella cheese into four piles on cookie sheet (about 2 tablespoons each)
Split Parmesan cheese into four and add to the mozzarella cheese piles
Add garlic powder to each pile
Add oregano to each pile
Top each pile with a slice of pepperon

Cook in oven for 7 minutes
Remove from oven and let cool 1-2 minutes
